Week 12B: Examples of Paid Social Media Advertising

 This post comes from instagram and here, this person is promoting a instant coffee brand FlavCity. This is most likely a paid advertisement because she does mention it in her caption. When this happens instagram can automatically suggest this post because it is a advertisement and it is most likely paid. Through her promotion she was advertising this coffee as instant and quick to make and have coffee shop quality drinks. She also is stating that this is a healthier alternative, this is going to help her market to the correct audience. Which might be those who are coffee lovers but also take into importance the health aspect of things or are on a health journey. In overall I think this was a good advertisement because it's a very smart brand that I haven't heard of and it's very interesting she also approached this advertisement in a genuine way which makes her customers want to buy her product more. 

Here to the right this advertisement is from TikTok and the creator here is promoting through her advertisement the bloom energy drinks. Although this isn't 'marked' as an advertisement if you look into the caption we can see thee she tags bloom and has a hashtag with the bloompartner which is often used by those who promote this brand and essentially bloom features them on their page. This brand is known for the most influencer advertisement and a lot of people don't quite believe that it's a genuine advertisement because many have seen these advertisements very often. I personally haven't tried these drinks but I always see them in stores. But here she was just trying all the flavours and 'rating' them. Which ever one she ended up choosing is the one her followers would most likely gravitate towards and want to try that drink. 

This advertisement came from instagram and it is labeled as sponsored advertisement which is obviously an indicator that it is paid. Here they are promoting ebay and how they have decorated their home using products from ebay. This post is also going to take you directly to shop from there and taking you to ebay website. I think this advertisement is very well done and collabed with ebay in a very smart way because it is something many can relate to. Which decorating your home without spending to much and this as mention many might be interested in doing this. This post also as they are speaking doesn't directly say that they are doing an advertisement for ebay which I think is a lot smarter because that might get the attention of the audience a lot more.
