Wk 9: Testing out Notebook LM

 I had never heard of Notebook LM before, but as I was exploring it I found it to be very interesting and informative. I decided to put a prompt in relating to berry coffees because I was interested in how I can implement those flavors into coffee without making it too 'weird' of a taste. I wasn't too sure what to ask but that was the first thing that came to mind. 

Going into this platform for the first time was very confusing because I have never used it as I mentioned and I wasn't quite sure how to navigate it. But after a while of scrolling I kind of got the hang of it. Now after I asked it what I wanted. Then it made me pick some articles I believe which you do get a small preview of it. From those articles the information is extracted and it summarizes it for you. 

The summarizing part was very interesting but unique because it can come in handy at some point because you get an overview of it as a whole. I definitely still need to look around and discover what potentially this could offer and how I can use it in the future. But as of right now I think it is unique and technical for when you're doing research or any of that sorts. 

It can also be used to study as it does give you a summary and then there are options like creating flashcards, quizzes, videos or it can read it to you if you would like. All of this is very useful and helpful, you can also upload what ever you want and I still don't know what it does with it but soon I'll know once I know more about the platform.
