Wk 10: Google Business Tools

Google Business has been very helpful towards many businesses. I think in recent years Google has also upgraded a lot and through this it has created new features that have helped a lot of businesses. Firstly though anyone can search up your business which can help others get to know you. They can simply search up your name and your location comes up, through this it can attract a lot of new customers. I mean there are a lot of places where people may search for your location but I am sure mostly everyone uses Google for this. 

Next which goes along with what I mentioned in the first paragraph is that with people searching your business location they can also see reviews. When we are searching through the internet we usually come up with reviews following their location. This is a good way to see what people are thinking of your business they can also insert images. All of this is very helpful in others getting to know your business. As well as promoting it through all the good reviews. 

All of this I think is very good for my business. It's something that I would obviously use and I think everyone should because it is a good way for others to get to know your business but also a good way to see an insight as to what others think of your business. One can see what is working for them and what isn't, leading to improving on certain features or keep on doing what you might already be doing good. As mentioned with the images you can also add images if you would like which can help others get to know your business more. 

As mentioned previously with Googles new features that can help your business is through AI which is obviously becoming more used. Through AI you can ask for certain businesses based on the area that you are in and it will give you some recommendations with the address. This is new but I believe can be very helpful because these are all ways of others getting to know your business and what you offer. 

I know that there are probably a lot of more features that I didn't mentioned but these are just some of the few that I believe would work for me. I know the future technology just keeps on growing and with this it is always good to implement your business because everyone is always using technology.  Through this your business can always be assessable to everyone and at what ever time as well.
