Wk 10: Finding Businesses through Google Business

As I was searching I found that using Google Maps would be a great way of finding businesses. Because Google maps offers times, location and their website as well as photos of the place. This is a great form of people getting to know your business. Now I did a wide view of where I was located so that different businesses would come up. I found about 4 businesses (they were all food) and what I found was very informative. 

I actually found one restaurant that sounds very good and didn't know it was near me. That kind of proved how Google Business is very effective. Now as I mentioned I used Google maps which helped a lot when knowing how Google business works. I was quite amazed at all the information that would come up when clicking on all these businesses. Although it was a lot, it was concise which helped. 

There was everything you can possibly think of when it comes to a business information. I think that is very helpful of Google to allow your business to be displayed that way. The only thing you would have to do as a business owner is imput all of that information. Going back to these businesses they all had reviews and images from customers and they were all very good. They all also had an option to order now which I found to be very helpful because you can just go pick up if you would like. They were all also very organized which helped navigate the website. 

Through all my research I did I found it very fascinating that it's in front of us how businesses are able to thrive through Google yet we don't realize it. I definitely see it working for my business and any business in general that would like to be more known. Very helpful and useful are my thoughts.
